Hi,
When I type my websites address which is www.beatsandrap.com, I get to my website and it shows exactly that perfectly in my address bar. "www.beatsandrap.com. It takes me to my "Beat Store". But then once I am in my website and I click on "Beat Store, it changes it to this url instead which I don't like and I don't want: http://www.beatsandrap.com/index.html
I don't want this. I just want it to be www.beatsandrap.com but it add the /index.html at the end. I tried to change this in page properties in step 2 but it did not work. How can I do this to my home page and all my pages in my site. I want it nice and clean, not having things like index and html in the url's.
Please let me know how to alter this as it is important to me.
Thanks.

Every site will have an index.html page. There is nothing you can do abou it; the Web browser searches for the index.html page to know it's your home page. Just give your customers www.beatsandrap.com.

Yeah I understand but I don't want to show up in the url when people see my page. Even if I give them www.beatsandrap.com, when they go to my site & click on the home page, the /index & all that will show up again. Most websites don't have this and I not even my previous WordPress website so I wondering if this can be changed it X5.
Hello L Fiers,
This needs to be done in the hosting space settings. You can contact your hosting provider to ask how to change this or use search engines like google to find a solution to change this in your hosting settings.
Many thanks!
