In order to assist further could you expand a little on what exactly happens when you try to select a video file?

Does the program crash?  Do you get any error messages?  Or is the preview blank?  Or the video does not play online?

If it is the last option, can you post a link to the video in question, please?

The picture I have attached is a preview in the program. Here I can see the video. I have tryed different formats, here its (Windows media, MP4..), but online there is no video. Here is a direkt link:

Yes there is no video online, as you can see in the link. And I get no message, just no video...

There is no Video Object in your web page online, not even an empty one.

Please can you add the video in MP4 format to your project, then hold down the CTRL key whilst entering the preview mode in WebSite X5, then reupload your project afresh to your web server?

Please let us know when you have done that.

After I did the thing (CTRL + preview) I lost all the link to my pictures :-(

Now I am tester it on a test site that I am using.

But stille no video - in preview and online

Hello Niels,

It seems it depends on the video or the codec used to create the videso. Try to use the h.264 mp4 codec and then add the video in the project to test it.
