Issues with the images in the galleries and opening of old projects

Hi there!
1. Why do some of the images in the galeries appear on the website upside-down?
2. Some of the gallery images do not show in the galleries. Instead I get a message for image generated error. That seems to happen randomly with no obvious reason why some images show and other don't.
3. After I had the Windows 8.1 re-installed on my laptop, I can't open my old Incomedia project files.
Will you please help me to sort out these issues?

Hi danni,
probably after your new instalation the sources has been moved, you can check and see if this file still exist in the same path, if not, you need to put them back to the same path.
for example: for the image that you attached in your post, go to D:\DANNI\Danni Pic\Exhibition and look for the file DAN_8217.jpg
if you extract your project file (like creating back up) x5 will gather all the resources in single file, but if you just leave the project file as it is, each time when you oprn your project file, it will look for for original path of every thing you add inside your website.
