How to update changes?

I makechanges in the site.ThenI save thechanges.But these changesare not visibleon the siteuntil thepushbuttonF5.It isimpossible to dothis updatein the mobileversion of the site at all.
The problem isthat site visitorsdon't know that they need to refresh thepageevery time with F5 or to delete cache.This is very inconvenient.
How can I avoid it?

You only need F5 if you have visited the site earlyer, this is a browser setting.
normally your browser checks how fresh the data is that it has stored in temp files on your own pc. If ther are fresh they are used because it is faster. If it's older then your browser will refresh it's data automaticly.
As programmer you need to use F5 a lot especially if you are constantly checking the site, as visitor it is normally not neccessary.
