There is no documentation how you can download new templates and optional objects while you are working with WebSite X5. All the resources you have purchaseed put in a black hole for use in your projects but the credits are nicely deducted from your purchase.

You can refresh your view with templates with the refresh button, this gives you the latest templates available in x5. (default templates top right button). And here are also the ones that can be purchased with credits.
You can do this also in the other part where you can use your credits, this is in step 3
press the top right button manage objects, use the refresh and the you see your selection accoording to the pulldown menu.
You can find the documentation in x5, press F1 or use the help, then search for credits.
