Hosting promotion code not working.

Hi!
I tried to activate my hosting promotion code at A2 Hosting and it says that:
"The promotion code entered does not exist"
like you can see at screenshot attached.
Please help me, i need to host a website urgently

Actually, i tried one more time and the promotion code worked, but i coundn't use it because i don't have a international credit card.
What kind of promotion is this??
. . . you have used the code which is shown in your "profile" ?
When it does not work either:
--> make a new post and set it to "private" (so only Inco can see)
--> explain your problem and wait for answer.

Yes, i did. Code finnally worked, but i have to use a international credit card (that i don't have) to get the promotion.
So the promotion means nothing to everyone in the same situation.
And i do have the code for X5 Evolution, for One.com hosting also, (bought both) but it doesn't wotk either.
. . . so possibly it can be a problem of your antivirus or other security-software ?

Like i said before, i can't use it because i don't have a INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD.
The promotion only works if we use a international credit card number, even with the promotion.

Samantha, i don't have to talk with hosts providers, Incomedia say me that i will have the service free when i buy the software, and i bought it from you. So, i have to talk with you, and Incomedia staff is the only one persons who i have to talk about the problem.
I didn't bought nothing form A2 ou One.com.
This is just a way to get rid of the problem, and don't solve it for you custommer.
