Try Holding down the CTRL key then open the preview keep holding the CTRL key until the preview loads. It worked for me once before

In your web site you dont have a header... What are you talking about... It's an error on header linking objects...

Put the txt, picture... etc in the header and then make a link to that. Do you undestant???
