Please contact your web host/server provider to confirm what your correct FTP details are.  Unfortunately only your web host can advise you as to what you should enter in each field in Step 5 of WebSite X5.

As a secondary check you can try to connect to your web host using an FTP client like FileZilla, which may help in troubleshooting where your connection issue lies (FileZilla provides diagnostic error messages):
