Your video file is corrupt, Luca...  it is only 27 bytes in size which points to a serious error somewhere.

Have you attempted to convert this video from another format into MP4 format?  If so, what was the original video format?  What software did you use to try to convert the file?

Are you sure the correct video file is present on your server?  The link below would suggest otherwise:

I used H264 encoder to reduce the size, the original was VLC MP4, I have checked the file on the server with FTP and I get 8.50MB

I think there is something wrong with your server configuration, Luca.

Your video should be present at this link:

http://www.marinersclub.org.hk/videos/aos-2015.mp4

However, visiting that link gives an error.

A directory listing of the parent folder indicates that you do have some sort of media files stored in that location, including the video file which you are currently having issues with:

http://www.marinersclub.org.hk/videos/

Have you made any changes to your hosting or server recently?

You will have to contact your web host to ask them why the file which is supposed to be present at this link is inaccessible:

http://www.marinersclub.org.hk/videos/aos-2015.mp4

Please note that this issue is not related in any way to WebSite X5.  This is a server/hosting issue.

Kind regards,

Paul
