Hi all,
I've purchased the website x5 pro @ dec. 2014. Installed it to Win7, but i bought the new version of windows10, and the program crashes at startup. What can I do? Everything is original, i've tried to reinstall the program, and run as admin, but nothing helped me..
Please help.

Can you please tell me the error you get when the program crashes?
Try to install the visual c++ 2013 by downloading it from following link to see if it helps:

Finally, i found the report of the crash. It doesnt find the "CefSharp.dll", so it stops. Reinstalled twice, but it is the same. Can I use it on win10?

Install visual c++ 2013 by downloading it from the link in my previous message and then try to start the program again.

It was installed before, but I installed it again, (repaired all of its component), and its the same. "The windows searching the answers for my problem, and the program will stop".
Any ideas? Do i have to reinstall again for an other computer?

I reinstalled/with backup for windows7 from win 10 and its working. Its not compatible with win10.

It is indeed compatible with Windows 10.
The problem is generated mostly due to incorrect version of certain other Microsoft products such as Visual C++.
Anyway we found that most people having troubles using the software on Windows 10 was due to the lack of Visual C++ 2013. To be more specific x86, even though your OS might be x64.
If you're still willing to retry, let me know the results.
