I want to create a page within my home page with all the news (on the top date and headline) then the text, which enfolds by a click on the headline and returns by a second click. How does this work?

What you are describing is often referred to as an 'accordion', and requires the use of custom code.
It is easiest to use jQuery, especially as WebSite X5 already makes use of jQuery for some of its own built-in tools and effects.
