Cannot open saved website? must I redo the whole website?

I have reset my computer where I was updating the Website. Now it is gone. Is there a way to download from the website the data? how must I do to save time and nerves as much as possible?

you can't make a project from a website, if above does not work you need to start over again.
make regurlar backups with step5 export project and save on an seperate medium.
search on your computer/network for a file with the extension .iwprj
After a re-install, or crash or missing connection the path is set to default, where most of the time is not your project stored..
