Emails Not sending through website

I have a question i have just done a site and ihad to change the mx records on ther host "Crazy Domains see pic" they are recieving and sending emails ok but when someone sends them an email through there contact page they are not recieving them do i have to do something on there website host to fix this? or do i have to change something in the contact form in X5 thanks heeps.

Hi Ricky.
You should try and access www.nameofthewebsite.com/admin and enter using the Admin credentials you can find at step 4.
Then, execute the tests you can find there, and attach the screenshots with results here for me to see.
