How to insert a project?

Hi
i have a problem.After i made format in my pc i install again WebSite X5 version 9 and when i try to insert the project i have saved before the format, the program doesn't ''see'' it.The project that i have saved has extension (.IWPRJ)file.What i supposed to do.Please help me with that.Thank you in advanced!

Unfortunately projects can only be transferred from one computer to another by exporting the project in Step 5 as a zipped file with the .IWZIP extension. Please see the project conversion guide for further details:

The document refers primarily to versions 11 and 12, but the procedure is similar to that required for version 9. Please note that official support for version 9 has now ended. Unfortunately if you do not have a backup of the IWZIP file then there is no way to recreate your project as it was, on the new computer.
