Changing menu background color

I have a website in development www.helmsingconsulting.com/bedr3
On the menu just above the footer it has a blue background.
How and where do I change this? I have looked everywhere I can think of but can't find where it is set.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello Keith,
You can change the colour at Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Text Style > Page Item > Footer Menu > Background Color
