This seems to be a UTF-8 problem

Your csv-data-file should be utf-8 encoded.

You could use the notepad++ to edit the csv-file.

Simply load the file un notepad++.

In the menu choose : "Kodning"

Then choose : "Konverter til UTF-8"

And save the file and use it in the csv-viewer.
