My Windows 10 didn't work properly so I had to reset Windows. But now I lost my Website X5 Evolution 12. Although I have a product code, I cannot download my version of the Website X5 which I bought last summer.
How can I get my version of WebsiteX5 back?

If you have your licence add this in the top right next to your name pulldown menu (licences)
after that you should be able to download it in the same pulldown (download)
I am not sure could be that it is not immidiatly.... But it will be there.
