X5 professional 13 not uploading/updating website

Hi, when trying to upload an updated website, the program goes into a loop and i have to shut it down via task manager.
The program does not upload the updated files.
I have used x5 pro 10/11/12/13 so i am familiar with the workings of program

i am sorry for the situation, try disable the antivirus and start software as administrator.
If you have trouble try to install the new update present in the beta channel: beta.websitex5.com
