I am having problems loading my v13 webpages to a CPanel server.

I have been asked "what CMS does the program use?". Can anyone answer that please.

Also, I was advised to load the pages to the public_html Destination Folder which I thought I was doing (see attachment)

Any clues as to why the webpages are not loading correctly?
