What CMS does Website X5V13 use?

I am having problems loading my v13 webpages to a CPanel server.
I have been asked "what CMS does the program use?". Can anyone answer that please.
Also, I was advised to load the pages to the public_html Destination Folder which I thought I was doing (see attachment)
Any clues as to why the webpages are not loading correctly?

Alan, your screen grab looks the same as mine, with the exception that the FTP-address on mine is my domain name without the "www." in front of it.
I tried going to www.cp236.ezyreg.com and my browser said server not found.
