Foto in portrait gives problem in the last update

In the last update of website X13 evolution I have a problem with placing fotographs (standing) in the gallery.
After turning the foto it seems to work correct but when I place the foto in a showbox it is not turned.

If you want the photos to display correctly, use a simple program like irfanview (free) to rotate and save the originals before including in the slide show - then the images in showbox will display correctly.

I had already rotate the foto's with Paintshop Pro. In the first picture in the attachment the foto seems correct.

I tried to reproduce this error but cannot.
If you change the image from showbox to a simple file or URL link, it will simply open in a new browser window. When you do this is it the correct orientation?
Has the original photo been resized (perhaps 1024px max width) before attaching in WX5? (I have had some issues with large images in the past)
The only other thing I can suggest is remove the link to the picture in the show box and then re-attach it in the hope that this fixes the problem.

I think I have the solution. The first answer was correct. Perhaps I did not save the foto's in portrait. In paintshop the foto's seems to have the correct position. But if I save them again the problem is over.
