Hello again.
I bought the version evolution 13. I asked from the program to enter the project.
It informed me that it was created by 9. When I said OK and it started to convert it, it informed that the standard I used "special" has not yet been taken. Do you want to receive it?
When I say Yes, it asked to give the password to help center. I give it (correct) and then it said Internal error. And it stopped.
Whe I say No, it continiued with automatic form - standard. With anyone standard I choose, in the preview there are many pictures with "unregister websiteX5", without menu and many problems.
What can I do with all these?

George, is your original site online? If so can you provide a link?
Have you attempted to import the project again, and this time simply load it and ignore the template selection screen.
When you first open the project, go to step 2 Template, Customisation, Resolution and responsive design, and select desktop site (you can change it back to responsive later). If your menu from V9 was multi-line or the maximum desktop width, it may not fit in V13. You can set the desktop site resolution to a higher value if necessary. You can also go to Main Menu (under customisation) and make the menu text smaller and the buttons smaller to see if the menu displays
It was possible in V9 to have menu options which were more than one line, in V13 if this is the case you will only see the "toaster" menu.

I follow your instructions "When you first open the project, go to step 2 Template, Customisation, Resolution and responsive design, and select desktop site". In the second option "customize library" there is not any template. Only in the first option with pro - selected template there are choices. So I can not do that you said

About the images open the project and then press the CTRL key while you click on preview and check if then these appears correctly.
Do you have on the project a vertical or horizontal menu?
In Version 9 was the menu appearing on more rows?

Dear Claudio thank you for your help.
I have already a contact with Esahc who helped me enough (for the time) and when / if I find new problem , I will ask you.
I found randomly a way to solve the problem with the pictures. About your questions, the menu was horizontial and with more rows. I II think what I can do with the menu because of the rows.

Thank you for the informations.
With Version 13 in case of more rows it is automatically shown the hamburgermenu. You can see if you can organize them in main categories with the levels so less buttons are shown on the menu.
