Hi, 

When you create a page, and you want to change the "Extended Page Title" inside page settings, EVO auto generates the H1 tag. However, I don't want this H1 to be created, but at the same time I want to edit  "Extended Page Title." Could be possible to remove the option, so when you change "Extended Page Title" no H1 created even with the imHidden params.
