That's sad. It looks like I have missed the opportunity for the free credits! Maybe you should not give the option to click on "add"? Why would anyone not want to include it? Even if someone does not need it, they can simply choose not use the free credits available in account. Yes, I know that I can always buy them separately, but I lost what should have been mine..

Hi Reju, just though I would add my tuppence worth. I Also purchased v14 and THOUGHT that the credit pack was free but on closer look I noticed that it was NOT FREE but discounted to approx £7.00 I had to add the credits at time of purchase and got them at the adervertised price ;-) I admit it did look like we were getting them for free but this was not the case. perhaps infomedia can confirm this.

To the best of my knowledge Incomedia have offered discounted credits at least once a year
