Before it was working faster?

Do you experience this only on one project?

How big is this project? Which windows version do you use?

Have you tried tried to remove older Backup copies of the project?

Select it and then click on the right on backup and then delete the older copies and then test it again.

Freezing , need to wait about 2-4 min to do any next step....

I found the problem...

If in one page I use it on 100% , full page with no more space to insert anithing . Afte splitting one big page to 2  smaler pages work better and faster...

Now I think I lost the finish projetk , if I try to open it , it say something like:

the project is in use or was bad closed,

OK

after it say:

eror by load loading the project 

There is an errorin XML document (0, 0).]

I have the project online on server but now I dont have a work file.

Its posible to download with Filezila the page and any way to repair my work file??

Eduard, if you open wx5, highlight your project, select backup and choose a backup file, you should then click redo.

Im having the same problem since the last update, its very slow

Hallo , backup direct in x5 not work  , no one....but I open the folder whre is the project saved, delete the project.iwprj2.Then I copy from folder backup the biggest and last backup.iwprj2 and rename it to project.iwprj2.

With this I save my lost project , and now work but if I insert in one page lot of text areas with lot of efects and pictureswith efects is freezing and sloving down...Some times no posible to close it or save it , or delete or do somethig do do.... And also after waitng 5 min. the windows go to reboot or restar with blue screen with ''YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM THAT IT COULDN T HANDLE AND NOW IT NEEDS TO RESTART. After this no way to open the last opened project. Lost.... 

If I try to open it - the project was not closed propertly or its in use , after error screen...

Now If I have long page I split it to 2 or 3 pages and work fine...

No good if I use one page project - slowing down an My PC with WIN 10 , SSD hdd , 16GB ram Intell I5 is werry qiuck ...

Also the dinamic content by editig online is slow if I have there more than 10 pictures...

Having a lot of content with many effects on one page requires a lot of resources since it has to be applied for all the breakpoints and it is better in this case to separate it in more pages so also for who opens the website the page will load faster.
