its v15pro .... now elisa advises to press ctrl + preview and then shft + ctrl + preview. and when 20-30 days pass they will understand that this is a program error .... and so with all your bugs !!!!

I have no idea what you mean by "Which URL did you set on Step 1?". There is no place in Feedready or RSS Feed setup to put a URL.
