16.3.1 update Problem

I have received an update from 16.2.1 to 16.3.1
I tried to upgrade 10 times. But I could not do update .
Please check your servers.
I checked , internet connection and other software (for example antivirus software not blocking it).
How can I update ?

Try top right next to your name the pulldown, select download.
This gets you the full latest version, then install this.
you work should be save, but a backup of your project in step 5 - export project- is always good to do from time to time. This reminds me, i need to back up as well again.

I had the same problem with the recent update. I advise you to back up the sites and uninstall the software and then install it again. In my case it worked.

Ok thanks , I will back-up my projects after that dowmload the latest version of WSX5.
Alway's backup program's regurly, especially before an update.
Did it work full download from profile like suggested?
