Cannot update to X5 Evolution V17  en

I cannot upgrade to X5 Evolution V17. Indicates the current V16.3.1 is not registered, but the license key listed in my profile.

Please advise.

Hello Chris,
I think Incomedia needs to check the licence settings.

I have set this post for them te react, give them 1 or 2 day's, due to the new version it;s probably a bit more busy.
