Version 17 download not possible, fails with chrome and firefox browser

I just bought and payed the new Website X5 Evolution Version 17. Got the emails from cleverbridge but when clicking the download link, the download starts but always fails after a minute or so.. I tried several times with different browsers but the download always fails. See attached download protocol..
