Hi everybody i will try to explain my problem,i hope you can help me...

I export the shopping cart, I open the file in csv format .I can add product.I can give you the price. everything is OK no problem. the problem begins here. I am saving the file in csv format. and import the file ,but Turkish character is broken just like that ( �N�AAT ) 

I have added a picture .I hope you're helping, This is very important because. When I update product cards, all characters are broken, starting again from the beginning
