Currently the X5 shopping cart system isn't flexible enough to apply coupons to both individual items and the whole shop in tandem without giving further discounts on already discounted products, thus losing more in sales profit.

The problem I faced is I wanted to send out an email promo to my subscribers giving them a 10% discount on their whole shopping (but I didn't want to include a further 10% discount on the items that already have a discount in my online shop).  Currently this is what happens on the X5 shopping cart - there is a further discount applied to items already under a discount.

Can you create a way to exclude / include items individually for coupons so that they are not affected by the whole shopping discount?  Andre's suggestion was maybe a tag in the shop in the discount TAB where you can tag that coupons are not valid because of the already given discount?
