Every time I change my template, my password is always required. Why? I'm registered.

Don't worry, this is the normal functioning of the software. When you chose a new Template, or you want to purchase a new Optional Object, it carries out a check on your account, that's why you are asked to enter your password. You will just need to provide the same one you use on the Help Center, and you will be able to proceed.
