I sent a mail to incomedia and I received the answer below on the question:
I miss my iwzip-file but i do have all the files.
Answer: my colleagues will be able to tell you how to proceed to recover your website on the basis of the files you own

De wedervraag van Incomedia zou moeten zijn welke files heb je?
Zit er een iwprj file bij?
Als het de files zijn die op internet staan dan zul je helaas opnieuw moeten beginnen. Daar kun je geen project meer mee opbouwen. Je kan ze wel gebruiken om bv text en foto's te kopieren in een nieuw te maken project.
Als je de iwprj hebt dan kun je het start bestand voor je projecten aanpassen naar de map boven het iwprj file, dan x5 openen en dan zou je het project moeten kunnen zien. Maak direct een backup met export project in stap5.
De preference folder in x5 zet je direct op het eerste start scherm (preferences)

If you have only the website files then you need to start over again.
you can use the website files to kopy this saves some time.
