Question about contact form in The Plumber at Home

Hi, new questions. If you look at the desktop view at www.B900.net or at the 1st screenshot attached, you'll see near the bottom, there is an email contact form. I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of the white color on the right and left side of the contact form. I want that right and left side area to be blue like the rest. I went to the template structure and I have all the areas in blue with no white. I can't figure out what setting it is.

The other issue is in the responsive phone size screen, as you will see in the 2nd screenshot, for some reason, the text in "Description" under the slideshow and the video seems to be positioned too high so it overlaps into the picture gallery and the video. It looks great in the Desktop view, but, now it doesn't in responsive view.

"I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of the white color on the right and left side of the contact form." - Try changing the color in the row format on the page.
"The other issue is in the responsive phone size screen..." - Try to increase margins or hide the text on a small screen.
