Hi, ive purcashed and downloaded v9 today and can not activate / register. Ive downloaded .Net Framwork and gone into control panel to make sure the Windows on/off is set ok and I still cant activate. Tried windows updates no no joy all day. What do you suggest? thanks

The link seems to relate more to non-provision of unlock codes or license keys, I have the license key and the email address I used to register with 'answers' is the same I used for the software download.
The activation screen has now been hanging for more than 2 hours, on previous attempts I have selected EXIT and tried again.
I was happy with the demo version of Website X5 but this isnt good. Please can you suggest a solution

Hi again, here is a screen shot that shows where Im up to. I have also opened Task Manager and that seems fine.

. . . did you have a look into your *profile* - if you are registered with same mail and PW you will find it there in licence . . .
. . . which antivirus are you usin g ? - and you staretd x5 with right-click -> as admin ?

Find what in License? As I mentioned I already have the product key and have input this to try and activate, after that it just hangs. Thanks
. . . or does your firewall block the connection to the Inco-server - so it cant terminate registration ?

I used Zone Alarm and have already allowed access thanks

Looks like it installed ok once Zone Alarm was removed, thats a bit odd so maybe you guys need to look into that. Many thanks and Ill be bak if there are issues Thanks
