Hi when I want to send mail through the site, I get the following error :[2019-07-23 10:44:02] SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting
mail comes directly from outlook , everything works normally when I check mail. but does not come from the form on the site

The steps you need to take to resolve this issue are outlined in the article linked to in the error message:

Please be aware that this is not a WebSite X5 issue as such... this is a server/hosting issue and should be resolved by dialogue and discussion with your web host.
If for any reason you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with your web host then you still have the option of changing email form script type as described in the help file:

In this way you will be able to find a script which is fully compatible with your own unique server configuration.
