Hello Gökhan,

The steps you need to take to resolve this issue are outlined in the article linked to in the error message:

Please be aware that this is not a WebSite X5 issue as such...  this is a server/hosting issue and should be resolved by dialogue and discussion with your web host.

If for any reason you are unable to reach a satisfactory conclusion with your web host then you still have the option of changing email form script type as described in the help file:

https://help.websitex5.com/en/v2019.2/pro/index.html?gestione_dati.htm

In this way you will be able to find a script which is fully compatible with your own unique server configuration.
