You may need the 32-bit (x86) versions of Visual C++ also, even if your Windows operating system is 64-bit.  Please see this thread:

I saw this post earlier, and tried to follow the instuctions, also installed the x86 version of visual too.
Doesn't help...  :(

What version of Visual C++ did you install?

Please try to install both x86 and x64 versions of all of these:

One more question,
Some pics header problem comes up when I try to open my project iwzip files - originally made by version 10, but later worked and zipped by version 11
