My Licence key is ************************
While trying to create a new site on the latest veriosn the error as follows appears.
The following error occurs while loading the Project Blank 2 Template
('C\Users\johno\Documents\Incomedia\WebsiteX5 - Professional\Blank 2\preview.jpg' is denied)
Similiar errors are occurring while trying to import existing projects from earlier verions.
Can you please provide a solutuin to this for me?

Hello.I sent a request about your situation to the company employees.Expect an answer from them here in the comments.
In the meantime, try:
1) Reinstall the program.Download a copy of the program from your personal account.
2) Temporarily disable the antivirus and firewall.
3) Update .NET Framework.
hi John,
have you tried opening the program as "administrator"? If you did it and give you the same error, then try reinstalling it as they said, but install as "administrator". should stop giving you problems.

Please try out the solutions provided by Aleksej and Kris and see if the situation improves.
It looks like a permissions issue, which might mean that your current Windows user does not have enough permissions when launching the software to generate the project files.
Try the tips given by the other users and let me know if the situation improves
