You obviously have your password to your website X5 account because you logged in here. If you mean you can no longer upload your website you need to contact your host so they can provide it or reset it for you.

Perhaps you have lost your license key to re-install V12? If this is the case you can get your license from your profile (top right) under licenses.

If it is some other issue, please advise.
