When I re-upload the website on the server, all previous reviews and comments are not displayed on the page

Hello everyone, i have an issue. when i update a page, i notice that all previous reviews left on the page are no longer displayed on that page. i also notice that in the folder "comments" a different file is created. i am now coping the comments files on my pc before uploading a new page and i was wandering if there is a way to republish all comments. i can do a copy and paste in to the file currently link to that page but that has not solved the issue. any help would be highly appreciated. thank you in advance

Hello.
1) Make sure that hosting has a PHP of at least 7.1.
2) Delete all site files from the hosting and re-upload it.
3) Check that the folder with write permissions is specified and that it is writable.
