I already did it ... my whole site is in Portuguese but the cart remains in English ... even putting everything in Portuguese the cart does not change ...

Got the same problem as yours.
BACK-UP your project - and delete manually (with FTP) every file on your server.
Restart your PC and restart the WSX5 program.
Upload your website using the WSX5 file manager.
If you still see some nglish terms in the shopping cart - clean the cache of your browser.
