Do you use an email adres from provider? some provider demand that mails send through website are from there own company. If you use an email adres from another party they might block it.

no i use the email and domain from the same provider.
and i have another example working fine from the site www.7-24hours.com i can send email form or order form i have no problem but this site i use X5 V.10
and the site www.cfchicken.com was working fine when i use X5 V.10 but when i update the site using X5 Pro 2020 nothing work
also i want ask you it will be problem if i use the old X5 V.10 and New V. from the same computer ?

You can use both on same pc, i think i have 20 versions installed and running, no problem.

I don't know what script you use for mailing but you can test in the admin panel several scripts. Try this and see if one is working, then use that script in x5.

I got some small hints from forum friends that V10 and PHP 7 are not compatible.

if your still work with v10 an update might be the best thing.

for sure i dont want to use V.10 anymore since i buy the Pro 20 Version and i want fucus to solve the issue i will test all ways today and let you know 

still i cannot solve the issue !!!!

If you now use  latest version and you have try-ed several scripts, then check the FAQ of you provider for sending mail from a form or from within website. 

It could be that your provider wants you tu use autenticated SMTP as e-mail script.
