You can have suboptions so there is a possibitlity to have more options.

I know but see my pick,
i have 4 options and 5 sub options
but I need an other with 3 options and 6 sub options
I must have 2 options windows with 6 sub options each
is it possible?
No there is only 1 option menu with several options, and every option can have several suboptions that's it.
you need to make several items if you want more, so use the item as 1 option and another one a second item in this case.
