How can I edit the text color in the blog post review form, from black to white

How can I edit the text color from black to white, or any other color, or change the text size on the form in the blog post review (comments form). This form is located on the blog post page after (write a review) is clicked. It does not seem to be editable, if not it should be! The background pages on the website is black and I had to change it to gray in order for the text to be visible. Can somebody help. Please. Thanks

This was great information that helped me fix this problem and a little bit more, and I should say Mr. Aleksej that the tutorial course for wesitex5 pro that I purchased from you a while back, has helped me tremendously with this program.
