How can I edit the text color in the blog post review form, from black to white

How can I edit the text color from black to white, or any other color, or change the text size on the form in the blog post review (comments form). This form is located on the blog post page after (write a review) is clicked. It does not seem to be editable, if not it should be! The background pages on the website is black and I had to change it to gray in order for the text to be visible. Can somebody help. Please. Thanks

Hello.Try adding this code to the properties of the Blog: Article Page.After that, upload the site to the hosting and clear your browser cache.
