Ok, but waht can I do about the crashing since I downloaded the newest version? Is somebody taking a look at it ?, I Upgraded because of the new shoppingcart features, but now I cannot use the program.

Just tested this i saved exported file, changed 2 prices, imported it back, i could preview and save with no problem.

Try a test project or the original one with a very small change and see if you can import and work without problem.

Are you saving with correct csv format?

I can export and make a small Change, like change the price and name

I discarded 90 % of my CSV file , now it works.   

Is there any  new  characters which are not allowed?

these are the products I have added in the last csv file, I don't see any problem in the description

if i would gues the single quote, this is also used by csv to seperate fields, maybe try without quotes. (at the end of champions)

I sugest to read my Product List Export/Import Issues need to be fixed! post. Read the whole thing! I describe my Excel program I wrote mainly for the Import purposes. If you are interested you can send me an email to the address I provide there. Number of guys used it - see Andy A.'s note - he added 1400 items using my program...

I checked the file over and over again, 

I imported my CSV  file in to version 2020, No Problem
next step is export  it again and and try to import in 2021. Failure..
There is  the following characters in the CSV,  which never gave a problem before.

I use   ,  >  '  which never gave problems before
