Chart widget in marketplace

According to the chart widget (in the marketplace) documentation it is built from a CSV file. My question is this placed on the server (so you could then update programmatically from another piece of code via FTP if needed) or is this CSV only on the hard drive of the desktop computer when the chart is created once-off in Websitexr5 before uploading the whole website to the server?

The CSV file will be uploaded as well. This means that you might potentially swap it out for a different one to change the result
