. . . did you use *batch-export* before copying to the laptop ? - otherwise there are files missing . . .

i went on the step 5 - export the project - than i give a name and location of projekt.
the x5 create me only one file (i dont know where the missing files are). When i try to import the file on notebook, i realized that i cant do that.
because " an error accured..."

Hello,
The problem seems to be related to a e-commerce cart conversion issue. Can you attach here your v8 iwp file? It is not necessary that it is batched.
To me, it looks like V8 created 2 or more items in the e-commerce cart using the same ID.
Hi, we have some customer with same issue - have you found solution? If is this due cart items duplicity, will be done some update to check and avoid duplicities?
Many thanks, Vladimir
Hi Vladimir,
That issue was solved in an earlier version of WSX5 V9. Did you try to upate to the latest available version?
Hi, not sure i will try to check it; unfortunatelly customers issue is not related to cart item duplicity (he doesnt use cart at all) :-(
Hi Vladimir,
I suggest you to open a new ticket providing the project file of the customer. We'll try to import it into V9 and check that error.
