X5 Legal obligation 
Автор: X5 CroatiaI would like to know if someone from Incomedia will answer that question... Is Incomedia aware of the legal obligations arising from the billing and sale of its software. Namely, as we all on this forum are aware that this application becomes a pain to work, a pain to update, a pain for further development that leads in a totally wrong direction for us users... Therefore, I appeal to the users of the forum to report bugs constantly and to save screenshots customer support response because if there is a process of slow procedures by commissions, GDPR necessary documentation, legal aspects for the users for whom we make websites... It is very easy to legally refer to irregularity, unprofessionalism, an application that does not work according to expectations and, of course, paid licenses which do not serve a purpose. I'm very sorry I had to say this and I'll probably get kicked off the forum after this because I realized that democracy and X5 don't go together….
And today also new European Omnibus regulation (May 2022) is not covered by WSX5 !
I have sent an alert in May....today... Nothing...
Likeusual...not possible to have an updated software ready on time and running !
A new file browser is more important to do $$$$. But legal regusltations are not yet supported...
More 2 yrs to have something for GDPR not fully covered at 100% today....!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you're so dissatisfied with the software.
We fully understand and are aware of the fact that the software might not suit all kinds of users. Sometimes there are things one wishes would work differently or were implemented but they never are, or don't work as they're expected to.
Unfortunately, it really is impossible to make sure that every single user is satisfied with what is made, and additionally, many hostings can have many different configurations making everything more difficult
As always, we try to assist in the best and fastest way possible, for what is possible.

I can confirm that the matter is still being looked into but after careful analysis, it doesn't seem like most websites really follow this rule yet. Apparently, there is still time to make sure that all of this is done correctly and the correct parameters are followed. As always, these laws are a little confused and it might take a while to understand how to do it all correctly. As soon as possible, we will have news.
